Which service should I book first?

If you’re unsure, book the Initial Consultation. It’s the fastest way to get clarity and avoid guessing which modality to try. If it's been a while since I've seen you, then book a session so that we can check-in.

What happens in the Initial Consultation?

We go through your symptoms, history, lifestyle, stress patterns, and goals. Then we decide on a realistic plan and the most suitable next step, whether that’s ongoing coaching, SCENAR therapy, PSYCH-K, red light therapy, Oxygen therapy, or a combination.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you’re working on. Some people feel a meaningful shift in a few sessions; others need a structured block over a number of weeks. After your first session, you’ll have a clear recommendation.

Can I do this alongside my doctor/physio/therapist?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that’s often the best approach. What we do is complementary and personalised and we can support recovery, stress regulation, and lifestyle changes alongside your existing care. Often I'll recommend you bring in your blood results so that we can track your progression/changes together.

What do you help with most often?

People usually come to me for things like fatigue and burnout, stress and nervous system overload, stubborn inflammation, recovery support, sleep issues, chronic pain patterns and “I’ve tried everything and I still don’t feel right.”

Where are you located, and is parking easy?

The studio is based in Camps Bay, Cape Town. You’ll receive location details and arrival notes when you book.

Do you offer online sessions?

Some coaching and check-ins can be done online, while therapies like SCENAR and light therapy are typically in-person. If you’re unsure, book the Initial Consultation and I’ll guide you.

Do you push products?

Accepted Answer

I stock a curated range of products I've reviewed, but the goal is never to sell you a cupboard full of pills. If supplements are relevant, especially after reviewing blood work and approval from your Dr, you’ll get a clear “why”, what to expect and what’s optional.
